Who Am I?
My name is Bryn Joyner and I
am the oldest child in my family. I have two siblings, my sister,
Mira, and my brother, Sten. Sports are very important to me because I enjoy being active and spending time with my teammates. The sports I love the most are soccer and swimming. I have been playing soccer for 7 years and swimming
for 9 years. Skiing every weekend with my family and friends is another activity I enjoy doing. I have lived in
Durango for most of my life but I was born in Arizona. I am excited to be a student at Animas
High School because it is a project based learning environment. For preschool, kindergarten, and
elementary I attended Montessori schools. Montessori is a type of education that is hands on learning with an individual teaching style. Animas is similar to Montessori,
that is why I love it here. The teachers help you one on one and get to know you and your learning style. Each and every one of them care about you and to help students succeed.
